Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Chairman and JUI leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman said political stability was essential to lift the country out of the economic crisis. Speaking to a private television channel on Wednesday, he said, “We are trying to lift the nation out of the chaos of internal division and lead it to national unity so that political and economic crises can be overcome,” he said. said Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
He added that political stability in any country is the ladder for economic development and a solid foundation for national security. “The basic document for achieving political stability is the Constitution, which reflects the collective thinking of the country’s 22 million people and has the status of a national charter,” he said.
He said Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has not only weakened the country economically but also shattered national unity through the policy of hatred and revenge.
“By destroying our social values and political traditions, the PTI has polluted the mutual respect, political tolerance and morals of the younger generation,” Fazlur Rehman lamented.
“Imran Niazi deliberately weakened parliament and made all institutions controversial, including the judiciary and the electoral commission,” he added.
